Created an initial business plan and a Go-To-Market strategy, starting market development in Switzerland.
Applied to venture capital/seed investment & startup accelerator programs in Switzerland to obtain initial funding.
Kicked off a sponsoring campaign to partner with strategic businesses to develop the MVP.
Member of the professional networks: Green FinTech Network, Swiss Startup Association, and SAMBA, presenting the product concept to potential clients.
Networking & gaining leads at key Web3 events in Switzerland: WEB3FEST, CV Summit 2023, The Green Block/SHED Zug, and Point Zero Forum 2024.
Implemented a marketing strategy via LinkedIn, continuously publishing information on nature conservation initiatives and engaging with key brands, fostering communication, creating traction & enhancing visibility for the product.
