In this workshop, the team identified business opportunities & use cases for generative AI. We discussed key capabilities of GenAI as well as processes and business tasks that can be improved with this technology.

Aided by SAP AppHaus GenAI explore method, we:

• Brainstormed product use cases scenarios.

• Built a business case brief considering (internal/external) customer value potential, essential technical requirements as well as ethical dimensions.

• Complemented the discussion with a prioritization of cases based on strategic product criteria such as business value generation and time to market.

I am thrilled about the dynamic Miro innovation workshop using the SAP AppHaus toolkit to discover novel generative AI products & business cases. The multidisciplinary & international group of participants identified GenAI applications from user testing personas to validate marketing campaigns to streamlined file classifiers & retrieving tools for product management teams.

In this session, the group focused on the business view card of the toolkit and defined the value of a GenAI product to help teachers create customized learning content for students, helping save time & enhance the learning experience. The product would require an additional AI-powered feature to continuously update based on students' learning progress and learning personas.
